My rentals are intended for winter visitors or that need a short term rental which are 55 years of age or older. It is located in the Greenfield Village RV Resort. This property can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis. There are discounts for rentals that are extended to 3 to 6 months. All utilities (electric, water, trash) and high speed internet cost are included in the rental price. There is a $50.00 cleaning fee which is non-refundable and in addition to the security deposit. NO Pets. NO Smoking. Renters must follow all of the Greenfield Village HOA rules.
