The neighborhood is well maintained. There is an annual fee charged to maintain the common areas and community pool. The Board does an excellent job of keeping this up and the pool is quite enjoyable and clean. This is a great neighborhood. It is convenient to the southside shopping and is less than a mile from Aiken Mall, theater, Target and many of the great restaurants.
