I am renting one (1) basement room, with private bathroom in my house to an individual. Open to renting either furnished or unfurnished. The house is 5 min from Old Town Fort Collins, 5 min from CSU and and has easy access to routes out town to Horsetooth Mountain and Reservoir county parks, Poudre Canyon, the National Forest, etc. The kitchen and other common areas are shared with me. Free internet, utilities and laundry. Parking available on the street. I don't allow smoking (including marijuana), drugs or parties on the property. House guests with prior approval only. This situation is best for a quiet, mature individual who works or studies. I don't rent to couples or people who will have children living with them. I have one friendly dog who will not be in your private space but will be in the common areas of the house. Utilties and internet are included. No overnight guests without prior permission.
