This was my prior home before moving downtown to live in one of the units at my 1298 property. This house is. GORGEOUS. There are a few things I think you'll love most: 1) It's move in ready. Literally - I've left no expense on the table for you. The wood flooring is flawless, the kitchen is open, you'll love the door with windows facing out back where you'll see a finished/stained deck overlooking the Mississippi. The washer/dryer in unit are new and huge. It is a space you'll be proud to call "your's" 2) The neighborhood is SO quite. It was shocking to me that I moved in next to a school and for four years - had the quietest lifestyle I've ever encountered. The only time I noticed traffic was from 7:30AM-7:45AM, and again from 2:30PM-2:45PM. Since I worked during those hours, the traffic and noise never impacted me. 3) To get downtown you only have to walk a mile and a half. Is it a long walk? Yes, but - Saturday mornings you will love the freedom to wake up, walk down to Farmer's market, get coffee and a burrito or apple cider doughnut, and walk back. Additionally - there are some great walking trails nearby. Once you're back - you can rest in the jacuzzi tub downstairs.
