Welcome to Locust Grove Farm. The stone bank house was originally built by Jacob Beary in 1803 on land originally granted by William Penn’s heirs in 1763. In the mid 1800’s another addition by the Ecker family resulted in the home present today. The farm contains 30+ acres of woodlands and open fields as well as a creek and 1.5 acre pond. The house boasts details such as wide oak flooring, 18th century mill work, door hardware and the original staircase and windows.
