Neighborhood Description My home is located in a very safe, friendly and fun cul de sac. The neighbors all know each other very well. There are a lot of families with children in the neighborhood including several in the cul de sac. Mountain Creek is an upscale area of Pflugerville. The HOA is very good and reasonable when it comes to expectations and guidelines.
