    What's special

    Looking for a big home with acreage and privacy and great views. This home has 2700+ sq ft of living space and sits towards the back of the 45+ acre tract. The home will need some TLC, majors look good mostly cosmetic. The home has a large kitchen with tile, center island lots of cabinet space. 1st floor bdrm and 3/4 bath. The living room is very large with a slider to go to wrap around deck, fireplace and hard wood floors.
