This farmhouse still boasts many of the charming characteristics that you expect to see you in all 1920's built homes. This park like yard is ready for all of your outdoor family parties and get togethers. This is a finished downstairs that has a lot of storage, a kitchenette, TV, a table and chairs, a pantry, tons of closet space and a vanity mirror to get ready at. You may have access to my full kitchen and the BBQ outside, as long as you clean up after yourself. Free parking as well. All the utilities are included with the rent and there is laundry on site too. The neighborhood is quiet and is a great place to walk for exercise. I'm only a couple blocks from town. Zillah is a very cute and personable town, and you will probably run into many wine lovers as you will be in wine country. We also have a few cute little shops around town and some good eats too. We can talk about that later. I would like at least a 3 month lease contract, no pets and no smoking please. I am a female and would like a female living here. Traveling nurses have been working just great. I will mention I have a little dog named Waffle, and I don't want to chance another pet here. You will be able to use my kitchen as well for larger cooking and I will have a space for your dry goods and a separate refrigerator for your cold goods. You also have a kitchenette in your living area too. You are also welcome to use any of my pots, pans and dishes, so long as you clean up after yourself as I mentioned before, that is all that I ask of you.
