Discounts offered if assist in maintenance/repairs. Shower is not hooked up, but you are welcome to try. Renter is responsible for disposing of waste. Will also consider renting out basement. It is semi-finished, has a pool table and ping pong and a toilet, but needs TLC, and I need access to the laundry there. Pets are welcome so long as they get along with my pets. There are several great dog parks nearby and miles of trails.
