Country Gardens is a community of four low-rise buildings with seven apartments in each building located in a quiet pastoral setting not far from the outskirts of Ithaca, New York. Country Gardens has a range of apartment sizes from 1BR to 4BR, though the most common size is 2 BR. Many of the apartments have private outdoor terraces where you can sit and relax with soothing views of lush greenery, but some units do not have terraces. Country Gardens is surrounded by outdoor woodsy areas but is conveniently located a short commute to Ithaca. We offer free parking to tenants, but for those who do not have a car, Country Gardens is reachable by bus on Route 13. The community is a mix of families, couples and singles. We are pet friendly.
