PLEASE NOTE: We have 3 months available to rent at the end of 2026 from Oct 1-Dec 31. We can show the home beginning in August. Lease is 3 months Maximum (1 month minimum) - Starts October 1st (flexible on entry date) No Smoking in the house please. Pet are allowed on a case by case basis and require a pet policy. We have options for house cleaning and yard care services. Utilities are included up to $250/month including gas, electric (we have solar)+ water. TV has Apple TV & Netflix (not including pay-per-view items). Any additional service not included. We pay high speed internet.
