The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac about five miles up Zayante Road in Felton. It's 20 minutes away, by car, to UCSC/the beach and about 40 minutes from Los Gatos/San Jose. It is furnished (including a tuned Yamaha piano you can see in one of the images posted) but you will need to bring your own bed. There is a wood burning stove. Xfinity Internet and garbage are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for utilities (Internet and garbage are included).
