We are a mid-term housing company, though we occasionally offer short-term stays. This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so we provide only starter toiletries. Please bring your own toiletries when you come. Annual preventive maintenance may require access to the apartment, and we will notify you in advance if needed. In case of emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a certain time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed, with a refundable key deposit of $35 required. Please respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly in designated areas.
