We Love our home. It was a great starter home for my family. Small and easy to maintain. Newer kitchen, bath, siding, windows and hardscaped. Has a pet door to the outside, fenced in yard. Newer hot tub in the private gazebo, a garden area on the side. Once the side trees are fully grown (they are 3 now) the yard will be completely private. We have added a front, closed-in porch and now have two mud rooms, front and back! People have said "it doesn't look like much from the front, but when you go inside, you see what the house has to offer!". Guess I have to work on curb appeal! I have updated the floors and the electrical panel to 200 amps. I always thought I would have torn the roof off and build up. There is opportunity for you , if your interested!
