My husband and I are renting out our in-law suite. It will be available to occupy by April 5th. ALL utilities are included, with Wi-fi included. We will require proof of income, rental references, and background check. No smoking on premises and no drugs permitted. First and last month's rent is required, in addition to a $500 security deposit. Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Non smoking only/no drugs allowed. We are looking for a mature, reliable, responsible, and clean person to rent to. We live in a nice, quiet rural neighborhood. There is a walking trail across the street and park nearby. The unit has it's own kitchen, living room, and separate room. The kitchen does not have a stove or oven, but electric range burners are provided, in addition to air fryer/instant pot. Water dispenser with fresh water will also be included. No dogs allowed; cats only upon deposit. First and last month's rent, plus deposit will be required upon move in. Utilities included; rent amount is only for one person. Any additional tenants will be an additional $100 per person for utilities. It will be ready for viewing soon upon request.
