The 3rd BR has a queen size bed, and a twin size loft bed over the top. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own TV's as well as generous closet/ dresser space. The backyard features a large pool, lounge chairs, a bar top, a gas grill and an outdoor shower area. Everything you need for the beach is available, like some beach chairs, beach towels/blanket, sand toys, a wagon, a cooler, boogie boards, and more. Parking for up to 4 cars in the circular drive. Nice neighborhood which also has quiet hours from 9pm to 7am. This is ideal for your relaxing stay. Take the beach trolley if you want to adventure to Clearwater Bch. or as far south as Pass-a-Grill.
