Culver Crest is Culver City's best neighborhood. People who move here tend to stay forever because it is a friendly place where residents spend lots of time outdoors walking and playing and caring for their properties. Views are great and the ocean breeze keeps temperatures comfortable. It is well organized with a good neighborhood watch program and emergency preparedness program. It is somewhat isolated as there is no through traffic, yet walkable to everything this great city has to offer, which includes great city services, trash pickup, street cleaning, police patrol and fast response times for fire and ambulance. Culver City Unified school district is separate from Los Angeles and there is very strong support from parent and the community in general that makes them so very good.
