Electricity, water, high-speed internet, trash, and streaming service charges will all be covered for $200 charge. Streaming services include: Hulu, HBO, Apple TV, NetFlix, PBS, and Disney Plus. A one-time cleaning fee of $200 will also be charged. All fees must be paid in advance of move -in date. There is plenty of parking area in our driveway. No pets, no smoking.
