Sale is pending------In the middle of a remodel and life has taken a different road. It has new metal roof that extends out over the deck. Things left to do: electrical and interior. Selling as-is at current price. As more work is done, the price will go up. I could sub-divide or even sell the timber that is standing on the property but I feel that it is a nice parcel as it is now.
