There's a large bathroom with tub and plenty of cabinet space. This is a brand new modern unit with stainless-steel appliances right across from New Seasons and public transportation. Lots of shops and places to eat, easy to find street parking or pay extra for a parking spot in the garage, there's free bike parking. Walking distance to parks, Alberta and Mississippi streets! Our lease ends February 2018. You can split this unit with a friend for $670 each. You would be able to renew the lease in February if you'd like. Let us know if you're interested in seeing the unit.
