Upstairs is currently furnished with 2 Queen bedded rooms and one twin in the hallway. The couch in the living room is a pullout queen. The kitchen has a ceramic cooktop but lacks an oven. There is a toaster oven and a microwave but this is not a place for people who like to bake. However the refrigerator has a working ice maker for your cold beverages. We have a full time property manager available should any problems arise. We will plow your driveway. We do not shovel your walkway. If you wish to have weekly cleaning that can be arranged for a modest price. Linens and Towels are included with weekly cleaning. ALL utilities ( electric, heat,and internet) are included in the rental price except garbage removal.
