You simply will not believe a location like this still exists. On the river with a giant yard! It is literally old Florida on this street! I know I would have a canoe or kayak to explore this undeveloped part of the caloosahatchee. Tarpon Redfish Snook and more all within casting distance! House is amazing as well but being an outdoorsman I can't help but focus on the river location... Tenants have vacated and the house is clean and ready to go. This one always rents quickly so don't miss out by waiting. Bring your fishing pole when you go to look. Last Month rent is required
