Renter is responsible for utilities. The utilities are not high in expense. We will take care of the trash expense every three months. No smoking is allowed in the home. Any damages that are made to the home will he the tenants responsibility. Pets must he potty trained and tenants will need a cleaning service once the lease is up if they decide not to renew.
