Cable TV is available in your room for an additional $20/month. A shared coin-operated washer & dryer are available in the building. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Other supplies provided include cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, etc. Current residents are various ages, have various occupations and some have lived here for several years. This is not a party house. Photos included here are older but still representative of what the house looks like. Six month lease agreement. $75 move-in fee, $125 cleaning deposit, and $56 background check required. No animals. No smoking inside. No drugs or alcohol. No overnight guests. Applicants should have income of approximately 3 times the rent, and no previous eviction actions.
