Since we purchased it we have made several improvements: New 20'x24' insulated detached garage/workshop w/electric, new granite countertops in kitchen, new 12'x19' trex deck w/cedar & aluminum railings, new commercial dehumidifier in crawl space (preventative action), moved water heater from crawlspace to garage and added laundry tub and water softner. These improvements cost in excess of $25,000.
