This tiny home is the perfect place for a beginner home or the college student that doesn't want to live in a dorm. It is on a rented lot. You will own the tiny home though. I am the first owner and I have a clear bill of sale. Lot rent is 250/month and covers lot rent, garbage/water bills. The garbage and electric bills will be put in your name. The electric bill runs about 50/month. This is the cheapest you will find in the area. I'm open to discuss the price and may take trades for partial payment. It comes furnished with a full sized mattress, a fridge, and a washer and dryer. It also has a small metal kenal for a small/medium dog attached to the back of the house.
