    What's special

    When we bought this house 1 year ago the interior was fully renovated! Everything was (is) brand new - including the new black GE appliances that we added to the kitchen and the new LG washer and dryer in the laundry nook!! New roof, windows, heating and ac, real Bamboo Hardwood floors throughout, carpet in the bedrooms and a beautiful livingroom off the back with a huge fireplace and epoxy flooring. It has a huge 2 1/2 car detached garage but is connected with a breezeway. Did we leave the exterior out of the fun once we moved in? Of course, not!! We have had pre-painted Hardie board siding installed on the house and garage. It is eco-friendly and fire resistant. We've also had the crawl space sprayed for mold prevention, lined with a water barrier, the vents have been sealed, and we have had it insulated! We also installed new contemporary 6" black gutters with Bulldog Gutter Guard on the house and garage which improves the overall appearance and reduces the need for gutter cleanout! We then went to the attic where we had it insulated with spray foam! Last, but not least, we have had the asphalt driveway resealed to improve it's lifespan and appearance.
