We are looking for a long term tenant who pays rent on time each month, looks after the property by keeping it clean and gets along with their neighbors. Larger bedroom is approx 11 x 14 and smaller bedroom is 9 x 11. Both bedrooms have full sized closets and there is also a coat closet just inside the front door. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and all windows have vinyl blinds. Kitchen and bathroom are linoleum; rest of the property is floored with LVP. Apartment comes with an electric range and fridge, both of which are in good shape. Has hookups for washer and dryer, but tenant supplies the machines. Two off street parking spaces in front of unit are for tenant use and a longer spot that would fit a trailer, alongside the house is also available. Fiberglass tub surround is discolored but clean. We accept pets on a case by case basis. We do not charge pet rent, but we do require an additional pet deposit which is typically 250$ per animal (refundable at move out provided there is no damage). Annual lease: first lease runs from move in until July 31st, 2027 and then becomes annual after that. Tenant is responsible for all utilities: power is through Duke and water/sewer/trash is through the Town of Central. Landscaping and lawncare are provided by the landlord.
