Kitchen and bath are linoleum and the rest of the house is carpeted (has just been deep cleaned). Power is through Duke. Water, sewer and trash are through City of Central. Does not have any appliances that run on gas. This property offered for rent by the owner. I am also the property manager. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. We charge a 250$ deposit (refundable) for each pet that is approved. No smoking of any sort in this unit. Parking in designated areas only. Annual lease to run from move in to July 31st, 2024.
