My two bedroom apartment is available today. One of the bedrooms is very small, and I used it as an office when I lived there. The location is convenient to everything. You can walk or bike to the bus (.5 mile) or the commuter rail (less than 2 miles with free parking), to shops, to the brand new riverside park, the playground, the arts and community center, schools, and more. Dedham Square is about a mile away and Legacy Place is just beyond that. There is a newer kitchen, the whole place was painted and the hardwood floors were all done in the last year. I take care of water, but gas and electric are your responsibility. There is a washer and dryer hookup. I am looking ideally for someone who will stay for the long term. No pets or smokers, please.
