Ideal for family, friends trip, business professionals (a desk is in each bedroom), and golfing! Enjoy a vacation house that is only minutes away from the beach. 3 min car ride or 7 min by bike! Upstairs: - This home has 3 Queen Memory Foam beds + 1 sofabed. Each room has a white noise machine, ceiling fan, a spacious closet with few hangers and desk & chair - perfect for remote worker! - We ugpraded our internet with the Xfinity Superfast (600Mbps) plan to make sure everyone can stream/zoom at the same time! - Laundry area - for those who love a warm & clean towel! Downstairs: There is a full kitchen (including a water dispenser/ ice machine), coffee machine and all the rest you need for your daily routine! Cosy living room with a brand new comfy L shape coach to watch your best movies on our smart TV! Dining room area can seat 6 guests comfortably! The Garden: Enjoyed our fenced-in backyard as you like! We have bocce ball, cornhole, a volley ball and a soccer ball. We have a firepit (perfect for S"mores night), and a grill! The table can easily fit 6-8 people. We also offer 6 Beach cruisers, perfect to explore the neighborhood, the beach and its surroundings. Each bike as it's own locker so you will be park if needed! We will kindly ask guests to accept our waiver for complementary use. Inside the small screened-in sunroom, you will find the grill and the cornhole. The location: Since it's a super central location minutes from the beach, the house is located right off a main beach blvd. (great for entertainment, food, beach time, and family fun). The road and is pin drop quiet at night, friendly neighborhood, and the house is provided with AC, ceiling fans, and white noise machines for extra comfort! This location and beach home is a perfect-mix for a family or to get away with your friends! After sun-filled days, relax outside at night sitting around the firepit in our fenced in backyard + cozy back patio. There is also a detailed guidebook to reference all of the best local recommendations and places to eat, etc. (provided upon your arrival).
