Senior park 55 and older. 2.bed 1 bath . Home has had some remodeling done over the last 3 yrs. We just bought it about a month ago and Father fell and we have to sell and go to W.V. for a while to help take care of him.. Has a nice lania that has ac in it. A.c. unit is a yr. Old. Home is ready to.move into and add your touches to it. Possible Owner Finance. Depending on how much you put down and monthly payments to be paid off with in 2 yrs.
