    What's special

    Update due to the responses I have received. I do not need a realtor so please no soliciting. I already have amazing people for that if I decide to go that route. Property is being sold as where is. Seller to make no repairs or do any inspections. Please use a special sales contract. Property has an additional building that was the original house. Home has a newer roof. Property has 3 acres. There are a couple of out buildings. Approximately half of the property is cleared and half is wooded. I keep updating the listing and it keeps reverting back so please feel free to reach out with questions. It was a double wide on a basement. I paid 80k for the property, 25k to fix the basement foundation, and gutted the home. We replaced the exterior walls with 2x4s and the aluminum with plywood. After putting about a total of 50k into I ran out of money. It will need a new septic and has mother in law quarters that will need renovating. If anyone is interested I am looking to sell it for 60k. You could finish what we started. I can include the plans that we had a permit for. Also, I had a soil test done and the name of someone that can design the septic system. Other options instead of finishing what we designed could be pulling the double wide off and putting a new one on or pulling the home off and putting in an earth home or coming up with something entirely different. This was our dream property and it could be yours. I have two outward swing French doors that will be included. Windows are new, but two were hit with rocks from the mower. I am leaving the new tub in the master bathroom and there are two old toilets that came with the home if needed, but those will need clean up.
