A great bonus is the large shed in the backyard that can be used for any of your storage needs. It's a 5-year-old house, only two families have lived in it. It's in great condition. Washer and Dryer are only a few years old. The AC works great! Tenants pay for Water, Sewage, Electricity, and Gas. Landlord pays Garbage. First and last month rent are due on signing, as well as the damage deposit. Pets are allowed. Pet rent is $50/MO per animal. No smoking inside the home!
