The backyard features a painted deck, new stained fence and a storage building. Tenant is to pay for all utilities (water, electric and gas), trash and lawn maintenance. Tenant to bring their own refrigerator, washer and dryer. Hookups are provided. No smoking is allowed. Small dogs will be considered upon owner approval. No aggressive breeds. Once the application is approved then a $1,850 security deposit within 3 days is required in order to reserve the lease. If a security deposit is not received in 3 days then the next application will be processed. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electric, gas and water), trash and lawn maintenance. Tenant is responsible for providing their own refrigerator, washer and dryer. Small dogs will be considered upon landlord approval. No smoking allowed.
