The renter is responsible for extra Wi-Fi and electricity. Pets are not allowed. To enter the property with a service pet, the guest must have explicit written permission from the Resort, so confirm the policy of pets on the property before booking. In cases where admission is approved: Pet must weigh less than 20kg and be fully house-trained with a certificate. Emotional support pets are not allowed. I ask guests to follow the Golden Rule when staying at our home. The house should be left in the same condition as each guest finds it. The house sleeps ten people (double occupancy in each room) comfortably. Occupancy MAX is ten persons. This includes children. No Smoking Lost or damaged TV remotes will result in a $50 fee. We offer a Gate Clicker Pool. A lost or stolen Clicker has an additional fee of $105. If you forget the key to the safe, the extra charge for the unlocking service will be $35.
