This is one of the remaining true Sullivan Island beach houses set on one of the Islands best locations. Located on the west end of the Island the house has a panoramic view of harbor, Fort Sumter and the Charleston skyline. This is a real gem and the perfect barefoot sand on the floor cottage. Almost untouched since being built in 1925 the house offers character not often seen today. The walls and floors are all unpainted natural pine. The lot is gorgeous and almost a full acre in size. This is the perfect summer home or with some modifications could be one of the most wonderful homes on the Island. This house recalls slower times with drinks on the porch.
