One bedroom available for Spring 2015 (beginning in January--but you could move in mid-December) in a very clean 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the Reserve at Clemson. Rent is $375/month with everything included but electricity which usually runs about $25-30/month. Internet is quick and reliable. Preferably looking for a guy subleaser--there are 3 guy roommates who are friendly, easy-going, and hardworking. The apt is on the top floor so you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors. I've really enjoyed my time at this apt and it's a great, quiet place to live.
