My room has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and L shaped desk. It is about a 10 minute walk to the ISU quad. The apartment backs directly up to the Constitution Trail. I pay $680 per month, so the price I am asking is very reasonable. There will be two roommates here, both very friendly.
