The Methodist Corporation purchased the property in the early 1950's and planted our signature row of Oak Trees. From there, The Methodist Oaks was born. Upon a very successful half a century run, The Methodist sold the property to a private group in 2020. In 2025, The historic name, Hawthorne, was returned and our campus went through a transition from a senior living only campus, to open and available to all ages.
