Jack's BBQ is only 2 minutes away, and Dutch Bros Coffee is also 2 minutes away. You will have access to the front door with a code provided at check-in, which must be entered on the keypad. Guests will enjoy free access to the entire house and the fenced-in backyard. Early check-in or late check-out options are available for a non-refundable fee of $50. No smoking in or around the house, and violators will be subject to a $100 penalty. Kindly refrain from parking on the grass area or the neighbor's side of the driveway, as violators will be subject to a $50 fine per day. Standard check-out time is 11 am, and any late check-outs beyond this time will incur a fee of $50 for every 15 minutes, unless there is an agreement with the host for a late check-out.
