Need a bed? A twin-size bed can be provided to make your move easier. Tenants share access to a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and the bathrooms. Rent is budget-friendly, and utilities are paid separately (water, electricity, WiFi, and other essentials). The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to Fort Bliss, schools, Walmart, gyms, restaurants, and hospitals, ensuring you have everything you need nearby. This is the perfect space for someone who values a respectful, clean, and peaceful living environment. Once you are ready to proceed, I will send you the DocuSign and the link to Zillow to pay the $35 application fee. Pets: There is a cat on the property but it belongs to the tenant in the apartment in the back. It is not allowed to enter the house.
