The front yard is fully landscaped with beautiful mature trees, decorative curbing and tons of spring bulbs. The back yard is 85% landscaped and also had decorative curbing. There is a 25'x10' dog run on the west side of the property. The garage has abundant extra storage in the attic with a drop down ladder. The 5 bedrooms are large and spacious, and have great windows for natural lighting. We will leave all window blinds in place for added privacy. We will be leaving all new kitchen appliances. Neighborhood Description It a small neighborhood that dead-ends with minimal traffic and great neighbors with all ages of kids. The locale elementary school has just been remodeled and is close enough for the kids to walk or ride their bikes/scooters. There is also a soccer field @ 1 block away with room to fly kites and launch rockets! There is also a city stocked fishing pond with in walking distance. My family and especially children love this neighborhood, we just need more space for our family.
