Parking is on a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. After your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a contract to review and sign, outlining the basic house rules. There is a $150 lost key fee. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
