Free street parking. The entire place is furnished (any/most furniture can be removed if you prefer), with bedding, dishes, cooking supplies, and TVs+Rokus provided (all optional). Free high-speed internet provided, via wired and wifi (up to 900mbps). Private, fenced backyard with patio and outdoor furniture, accessible from outside (behind a gate), as well as from downstairs bedroom (via sliding glass doors). Living room and kitchen have hardwood floors, and include an outdoor deck, fireplace, pantry, stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space. A half-bathroom is also on this floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, and a full bathroom with double sinks. Washer and dryer are on this floor, as well. The lower level has an entrance hallway, common-space closet, and a third bedroom -- with its own bathroom including a shower. This is a lease for any length between 4 and 6 months, for an entire furnished townhouse. Move-in any day in December -- move-in and move-out dates are flexible, with prorated rent. No opportunity to extend lease past end of May. First and last month's rent is required. $2000 refundable deposit. Free high-speed internet (900mbps). You will be responsible for electricity and utilities (water/sewage/garbage/gas) bills. 1 or 2 cats is okay, no additional deposit. Dog is okay at additional $400 refundable deposit. No smoking (but vaping is okay) No private parking space is provided, but there is plenty of free parking on the street. Background check/screening report is done through Zillow (whether a 'comprehensive reusable tenant screening report' is accepted is determined by Zillow). In the event of a criminal or eviction history, and/or low credit score (below 600), you may be declined, or offered an increased deposit requirement. Either proof that rent ($2800/month) does not exceed 40% of tenant(s) total gross monthly income (this means tenant(s) must earn at least $7000/month total gross income -- or as an alternative, an additional deposit, to go toward future rent, may be provided.) Note: Although start and end date are flexible, as well as lease duration (anywhere from 4 to 6 months), there is no opportunity to extend the lease past the end of May.
