The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and chair. There is a lock on your room door and you get the key, although there is no need to lock your door at our house. THE LOCATION The house is located close to 102nd ave and Sw 16th st in West Miami, FL We are walking or biking distance to FIU (south) university, 1 mile to Publix grocery store, 1 mile to a gym, and 1 mile to a large strip mall/shopping center with most everything you could need. We are 4 min walk to a bus stop also. A soccer/football field and tennis court is 1 mile away. Im about 30min to 1 hr drive from downtown or southbeach depending on traffic. This wont be a great location for you if you have to make frequent trips downtown or southbeach in rushhour traffic. all utilities included in one price
