Wonderful views of the Superstition Mountains and close to the Broadway gate but yet far enough away where you don't hear the noise of the traffic. Nice covered front porch with also a south patio area with an awning you crank out. Parking for two vehicles on an epoxy driveway and extra parking out front in a center lane designated for guest parking. Super large living room with room with even a big cut-out for a huge TV. Three large patio glass doors enhance the view from even the inside. U-shaped kitchen with dining area attached for a large table and multiple chair and numerous extra cabinets. The Arizona room has the living room the master bedroom which has four mirror panels doors with a huge closet and a master bath ensuite with laundry hookups. Extra high ceilings in the master bedroom bathroom and living room which are all stick-built attached to the part model. Seems like a real home. Front door has a security door on the front also and the golf cart garage has a brand new opener with a keypad lock on the outside for keyless entry. All the windows have been tinted to keep the house cool in the summer. The parking for the vehicles is on the north side and at one point we had a 22 foot class B motorhome park there as our second car with our van so parking spot is quite large. Our roof is less than 2 years old and our heat pump is about 4 years old. The only carpet we have in the house is in the guest bedroom and the only linoleum is in the master bath and guest bath.
