Rent for: 6 months 1 day-8 months Cleaning: $150 one-time fee Lease required. House & Park Rules To keep this a fun, relaxing space for you as well as our future guests here are the house rules. These rules are in place to keep the space clean, functional and without damage. The Condominium Park is operated solely as a Marina, as a "Semi-Adult" Boat Club. Therefore children under the age of 15 will not be permitted as Airbnb guests. This is for their safety as there are many hazards in the marina. Swimming Pool: Observe all posted rules. There are no lifeguards at the pool. Guests swim and use the facilities at their own risk. All Pool chairs must remain on the pool deck. No group parties or group meetings are permitted at any pool area. Only authorized vehicles are allowed within the fenced area at the Pool. NO FOOD, DRINKS OF ANY KIND, CIGARETTES OR GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR ON THE POOL DECK Casual strolling along docks is not permitted; remember that these are privately owned units. For daily maintenance purposes, dock must remain free and clear. DO NOT adjust the houseboat lines they are adjusted appropriately for the changing of the tide. DO NOT touch the houseboat engine. Guest's boat is only permitted to be docked to the houseboat. All docks are private docks in the community. NO-WAKE ZONE: The entire community and adjacent waters is a "No-Wake" zone and vessels shall be operated in such a way as not to create wake in such areas. Please proceed at dead idle speed within the marinas waterways. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the park. The speed limit within the property is 5 mph. Please observe it for everyone's safety. A life jacket must be worn when using the kayak or paddle board. No shoes on the furniture and no wet and/or sandy shoes in the home. Please keep floors in the home dry so not to damage floors, etc. No smoking of any type including Vaping inside, on or near the houseboat. If smoking/vaping is necessary, it must be done outside off the houseboat and off the dock. Also, cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and safely outside the home. No parties or events. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. Please be conscious of noise level. Quiet time is 10 PM Sunday-Thursday and 11PM on Friday and Saturday. No eating or drinking in the bedroom. Please enjoy your meals at the kitchen counter, living room couch or outside. No pets allowed. All refuse, waste, bottles, cans, garbage and trash, whether recycled materials, or not, shall be securely wrapped in plastic garbage bags before being placed in the corresponding dumpster or recycling bins When leaving the houseboat make sure: -all lights and appliances/electronics are turned off. -all windows are shut -the front and back doors are locked Please, stay caught up with cleaning the dishes. Clean grill after each use. DO NOT leave grill unattended while in use. Uncleaned grill fee: $250 DO NOT leave stove and toaster oven unattended while in use. Respect Shared Spaces: Be mindful of shared areas within the park and treat them with care. Mail: It is not permitted to receive packages or mail to the park. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonable timely manner to Teresa. No Access Areas: -Dock Boxes at the front and back of the houseboat -Right half of the bedroom closet. (When facing the closet) These areas should be closed and locked. If this wasn't the case, please let Teresa know.
