As a sublease the rules for leasing are a lot more lenient, you only need to be a student or scholar of some kind not solely a graduate student. They say no dogs or cats allowed but I have seen both around the apartment buildings so management are pretty loose/lazy and kind to the tenants. The proximity (within a 5min walk) to campus, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Forever 21, and World Market is really an excellent luxury. Looking for someone to take over my lease from June to August. Excellent location as its so close to campus, the local mall, and food. Studio is in excellent condition and includes patio, indoor laundry, lounge and free wifi.
