You can take the free red shuttle bus to the F train and the tramway for your commute. We are looking for a roommate to rent the living room. You'll have two roommates, one is me, I live in the second room, and the other is a male who lives in the main room, we both work. In the apartment, you have a free gym and laundry. Security is available 24 hours a day. You and I share the kitchen and one bathroom, I'm a super clean lover, so don't worry about it. You have to sign the lease with the apartment leasing office. Open for now to rent and start on May 1st, 2025. According to each of our portions pays for the rent monthly, and the total monthly rentals are $4050 starting from May 1st, your portion will be around $1167 + utilities/3+ internet $10, and the final fee will be around $1200 per month. Don't worry, there is no other extra fee. You will have your personal space in the entire living room with a very big window, but due to the apartment policy, it can only be isolated by a curtain.
